This Public Offer constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Service Provider and any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) who accepts this Offer by requesting services.
1. Subject of Agreement
The Service Provider agrees to provide gas heater diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and related services upon Customer request.
2. Acceptance
The Offer is considered accepted when:
- The Customer submits a service request, or
- The Customer confirms the order verbally or electronically
3. Service Execution
- Services are performed at the Customer’s location
- Timeframes depend on complexity and parts availability
- Additional work requires Customer approval
4. Pricing
- Diagnostic fee may apply
- Final price is determined after inspection
- Customer agrees to pay the agreed amount
5. Warranty Conditions
Warranty applies only to:
- Replaced parts
- Completed labor
Warranty becomes void if:
- Equipment is tampered with
- Improper usage occurs
6. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Hidden defects
- Manufacturer faults
- Damage caused by improper operation
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, or regulatory restrictions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to competent courts under applicable law.
